If you would like to be a featured writer published on Rumrazor Press then simply send one poem / story / nonfiction / gonzo piece / rant that you would like to publish and that represents you, along with your name, a very short bio and a link to your online entity if you have one (Facebook / blog / whatever) in the body of an e-mail to:
Rumrazor@yahoo.com
Any topic, any reasonable length, any form, any genre, if I like it then I will feature you. If I don't want to feature you then I will respond with a very polite no and I will reserve the right to explain why not.
I also reserve the right to publish on this site or on my Facebook page any piece of e-mail sent to me at the abovementioned e-mail address.
Once I feature a writer, I wait three days before considering featuring another.

Umbra Mortis
Afflicted with this listless death, I perform my arduous labors like any other toilsome work, drive defensively and eat my $15 dollar dinners alone. Wearisome days with a pinch of port, forget to vacuum until the ceiling fan begins to … Continue reading
Point Blank Supernova
The Sun expanded into a huge giant red star and pulverized the Earth whole into dust. Jupiter drifted away and pulled most of the known asteroids out of orbit. We are all floundering out of orbit. Rachel raced north next … Continue reading
Elliot’s Hatred
Elliot boiled with hatred. He took walks all around Canoga Park feeling angry and hateful towards the world. “I continued going on my usual long walks every day, feeling angry and hateful towards the world.” His parents separated and divorced. … Continue reading
Groom of the King’s Close Stool
My throat, grimy as the 101, every day I swallow every car on this grimy expressway heading home, step over the grime and dirt of my carpet floor. My heart broke a long time ago, my vacuum only about a … Continue reading
Officer Ferguson
Full of magic tricks, fond of parlor jokes, collects fruit flies, “For the coroner,” he jests. Kind-a guy shows up at a party in uniform a-hard knocking down the door, “We’ve had a noise complaint at this address.” “Just kidding, … Continue reading
Red Tide of Vieques
This story is confused because I am confused, or rather the sailor who told me the story, in the brig, the whole week he seemed to be in a daze, barely stirring, and eating nothing but soup and bread, and … Continue reading
Little Mean Things
Throwing an elbow at the skating rink, Stealing gum at Disneyland, Goldfinch shot midair from three pumps on the BB gun, these are the mean little things which return to me while I’m trying to sleep. Dude with long hair … Continue reading
The Naïveté of Youth
My act of heroism? Retrieving a football from a neighbor’s roof where her brother overthrew the ball showing off his arm. I also brought back down an extra Nerf ball I found while I was up there but I scraped … Continue reading
Zen and the Art of Bursitis Relief
Kyrie eléison, I have lived a life supported by accurate predictions. The Dale sports car three-wheel design never did work and seduction of the vehicle’s beautiful marketeer could never work. Any marriage in Chowchilla only invites frustration. Selfies at Pamplona … Continue reading
I Will Pray For You
Someone got mad at me today. A friend got angry. I interacted with a friend and my friend was upset. Cold logic was involved. Christianity as a topic was involved. I said some things then the person reacted and said … Continue reading
